Disclosures
How Gridleaf makes money, which links are affiliate links, and what we do (and don't do) with your data. In short: free pages stay free, some supply links earn us a small commission, and we don't track you.
Affiliate links (Amazon Associates)
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Gridleaf Studio is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
Some pages end with a Helpful supplies box, and a few guides mention supplies in the text. Those links go to Amazon search results; in the box they're marked “Amazon ↗”, and guides that link to Amazon say so at the top. If you buy something after clicking one, Amazon may pay us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra, and Amazon's reports show us which items were ordered, not who ordered them.
We keep these links honest:
- They are suggestions of what to look for, not reviews. We don't claim to have tested the products, so compare options and read reviews yourself.
- We link to search results rather than single products, and we never show Amazon prices or ratings, which change all the time.
- Affiliate links only ever appear on this website: never inside our PDFs, downloads, products or emails.
- Affiliate links are marked as sponsored for search engines and open in a new tab.
- The supplies box always comes after the free download or the main content, never in front of it.
Our own products
Gridleaf Studio makes the free printables, calculators and guides on this site, and also sells its own templates: digital and printable planners, budget spreadsheets, templates for Notion, worksheets, resume templates, wall art and puzzle packs. Buttons such as “Get the planner” lead to our own shop at gridleafstudio.gumroad.com, which handles checkout. When we recommend one of our templates, we're recommending our own work.
The free downloads are free for personal use, with no sign-up and no email required.
Privacy: no tracking
- This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own.
- The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved.
- The free games save your progress in your browser's local storage on your device. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes; see GitHub's privacy statement.
- Third parties, including Amazon, may place and read cookies in your browser when you follow a link to their site, for example so Amazon can credit a purchase to our link. Their own privacy policies apply there. The same is true of our Gumroad shop.
